One minor issue isgenx.sourceforge.io/doc/ this link is no longer available and seems your latest manual is for version 3.8.9, even though there are identical in terms of functionality. For the community: Elements of modern x ray physics by Jens Als-Nielsen and Des McMorrow chapter 3 could be an extraordinary textbook for understanding the mechanism of this software.
