MANTI
MANTI - Mastering Advanced N-Termini Interpretation
MANTI is a one-stop shop N-termini annotation & evaluation solution. MANTI was previously (un)known as muda.pl ahead of v3.7, the project was renamed to MANTI.pl with v3.7 on 2019-06-24. It congregates information from different MaxQuant or DiaNN/MSFragger output files into a master file suitable explicitly for protein neo-termini analyses. The central anchor for the data congregation is the modificationSpecificPeptides.txt or diann-output.pr_matrix.tsv file - additional data is inferred from different other source files from the corresponding folder. Maybe also useful for normal proteomics purposes but this script is heavily optimized for protein neo-termini identification and validation. A graphical interface is available as Yoğurtlu_MANTI (a Perl/Tk script) + execut. application versions for Win1x without the need to have Perl installed locally. This Application assists the usage for CNC threading, especially the Mach3 software. The threading cycle uses the G76 command with some parameters. This program lets the user select from hundreds of predefined or free definable thread standards and calculates the parameters for the Mach3 command line. So, essentially just select your thread, calculate it, copy & paste the result to a GCode file, hit "Cycle start" and you get exactly what you want. Also included is a little tool to calculate the pitch diameter of a thread based on a measurement with three wires. Supports the threading standards M, G, R, BSW, BSF, UNC, UNF, UNEF and tapered Pipe R/Rc and Metrical threads. New: NPSM, NPT, NPTF, NPSC, NPSF. NOVA is a program designed to analysis complexome profiling data (Heide et al., 2012). A graphical user interface (GUI) provides various visualization tools, such as heat maps and 2D plots. The OpenFOAM® (Open Field Operation and Manipulation) CFD Toolbox is a free, open source CFD software package produced by OpenCFD Ltd. It has a large user base across most areas of engineering and science, from both commercial and academic organisations. OpenFOAM has an extensive range of features to solve anything from complex fluid flows involving chemical reactions, turbulence and heat transfer, to solid dynamics and electromagnetics. It includes tools for meshing, notably snappyHexMesh, a parallelised mesher for complex CAD geometries, and for pre- and post-processing. Almost everything (including meshing, and pre- and post-processing) runs in parallel as standard, enabling users to take full advantage of computer hardware at their disposal. It was built with MinGW C++ in linux environment and using Symscape patch build brocess.
