FormScanner is an OMR (Optical Mark Recognition) software that automatically marks multiple-choice papers. The Subread software package is a tool kit for processing next-gen sequencing data. It includes Subread aligner, Subjunc exon-exon junction detector and featureCounts read summarization program. Subread aligner can be used to align both gDNA-seq and RNA-seq reads. Subjunc aligner was specified designed for the detection of exon-exon junction. A multiplatform C++ library for dynamic generation of Excel .xls files containing multiple worksheets. Unlike .csv files, these can be directly opened by Excel and thus provide an excellent way to output large data sets that require further analysis. cfMesh is an open-source library for volume mesh generation based on OpenFOAM. It implements various meshing workflows for volume mesh generation needed for CFD simulations with OpenFOAM.
