Define a custom loader, which is initialized with arguments that are used for grouping and a perform method for performing the batch load. Use GraphQL::Batch as a plugin in your schema after specifying the mutation so that GraphQL::Batch can extend the mutation fields to clear the cache after they are resolved. The loader class can be used from the resolver for a graphql field by calling .for with the grouping arguments to get a loader instance, then call .load on that instance with the key to load. Although this library doesn't have a dependency on active record, the examples directory has record and association loaders for active record which handles edge cases like type-casting ids. GraphQL::Batch::Loader#load returns a Promise using the promise.rb gem to provide a promise-based API, so you can transform the query results using .then. -

Linguist is a Ruby library so you will need a recent version of Ruby installed. There are known problems with the macOS/XCode supplied version of Ruby that causes problems installing some of the dependencies. Accordingly, we highly recommend you install a version of Ruby using Homebrew, rbenv, rvm, ruby-build, asdf or other packaging system, before attempting to install Linguist and the dependencies. Linguist uses charlock_holmes for character encoding and rugged for libgit2 bindings for Ruby. These components have their own dependencies. A repository's languages stats can also be assessed from the command line using the github-linguist executable. Without any options, github-linguist will output the breakdown that correlates to what is shown in the language stats bar. -

Catches mail and serves it through a dream. MailCatcher runs a super simple SMTP server that catches any message sent to it to display in a web interface. Run mailcatcher, set your favorite app to deliver to smtp://127.0.0.1:1025 instead of your default SMTP server, then check it out to see the mail that's arrived so far. Shows HTML, Plain Text and Source version of messages, as applicable. Rewrites HTML enabling display of embedded, inline images/etc and opens links in a new window. Command-line options to override the default SMTP/HTTP IP and port settings. Mail appears instantly if your browser supports WebSockets, otherwise updates every thirty seconds. Sendmail-analogue command, catchmail, makes using mailcatcher from PHP a lot easier. Encodings are difficult. MailCatcher does not completely support utf-8 straight over the wire, you must use a mail library that encodes things properly based on SMTP server capabilities. -

The Mechanize library is used for automating interaction with websites. Mechanize automatically stores and sends cookies, follows redirects, and can follow links and submit forms. Form fields can be populated and submitted. Mechanize also keeps track of the sites that you have visited as a history. This library was heavily influenced by its namesake in the Perl world. Mechanize#transact runs the given block and then resets the page history. I.e. after the block has been executed, you're back at the original page; no need to count how many times to call the back method at the end of a loop (while accounting for possible exceptions). -

Install the chronos-sync ruby script distributed as part of Chronos. Once installed the script can be used for keeping version controlled Chronos job definitions up-to-date with a Chronos instance. Install DCOS CLI and configure for use "inside the cluster" with configured master nodes. The configuration relies on Mesos DNS to provide the Mesos master and Marathon endpoints. -
