    git-stats

    git-stats

Local git statistics including GitHub-like contributions calendars

...It renders commit history as an ANSI contribution calendar similar to the graph displayed on GitHub profiles. Users can select custom date ranges, display global activity, filter commits by author, and compare additions with deletions. Author statistics can also be presented as terminal pie charts. Commit records are stored in a configurable local data file, with a JavaScript configuration file controlling themes and default behavior. A post-commit hook can record future work automatically, while companion importers can add existing repository history. ...

    MathSteps

    MathSteps

Step by step math solutions for everyone

...For every step, mathsteps reports the original node, the change type, the resulting node, and any substeps, which makes it useful for education, debugging, and explainable math tooling. The library also exposes a catalog of change types so callers can interpret or filter specific transformations. It is distributed via npm and requires Node.js greater than version 6, with a straightforward API that fits neatly into web or server environments. The repository includes tests and contribution guidelines, making it approachable for developers who want to extend or adapt the behavior for their own applications.

    CurvatureFilter

    CurvatureFilter

Curvature Filters are efficient solvers for Variational Models

These curvature filters were developed by Yuanhao Gong during his PhD studies. MC filter and TV filter are exactly the same as described in the paper. However, the GC filter is slightly modified. Please cite the following papers if you use a curvature filter in your work. Traditional solvers, such as gradient descent or Euler Lagrange Euqation, start at the total energy and use diffusion scheme to carry out the minimization.

    Fingerprint Recognition System

Fingerprint Recognition System 5.3 - Matlab source code

The proposed filter-based algorithm uses a bank of Gabor filters to capture both local and global details in a fingerprint as a compact fixed length FingerCode. The fingerprint matching is based on the Euclidean distance between the two corresponding FingerCodes and hence is extremely fast. We are able to achieve a verification accuracy which is only marginally inferior to the best results of minutiae-based algorithms published in the open literature.

    Average

    Command-line calculator of basic statistics.

Average is a simple and fast command-line Perl utility for calculating basic statistics on a list of numbers (one number per line). It works as a traditional Unix filter and can be used as part of those greatly useful chains of piped commands. It calculates average (arithmetic mean), standard deviation, median, total sum, minimum and maximum values present, and shows the number of processed numbers. Entry can by a text file (any column can be specified, default is the first) or directly in the terminal if Average is run without specifying a file -- in which case, input can be terminated by pressing Ctrl-D. ...
