    I worked a bit over new unit sprites for EU3. As we all know EU3 sprites format is "locked" so unless you own software for 10 000 $ you can't deeply edit it. What can we do however is changing picture format of sprites. Paradox Studio claims they allow modification as long as they don't give needed files, so that players "skip" buy Eu3.
