IMO it would be a nice option to be able to select the type of display.
In the Video Settings window, an option could be added to select a Color, Black and White, Green of Amber display.
I know, the emulation window can be set to black and white by setting Saturation to 0, but it's not possible to set it to green or amber.
Green palette
I think this can be easily solved by using special palettes. I've uploaded my green palette which I never bothered to add to trunk. Colors unverified with my real monitor yet, but it looks familiar to what I remember from more than 10 years ago ;)
nah, that would then require adding a green, black+white and amber palette for every emulator. its much easier to extend the palette generator a bit :)
