xscpu64 is missing SCPU model choice.
SCPU exists in 2 versions: 64 (v1) and 128 (v2).
In case of xscpu64 it is discutable 'cause v1 or v2 have same features, but few important changes were made. In case of compatibility it's really important. Model is not set by used ROM 'cause both versions can have different versions.
If will be anytime created xscpu128 there it's very important.
SCPU128 (v2) can work in both modes (128 & 64), but SCPU64 (v1) works in 64 mode only - your Q can be "why to use v1 in xscpu128?"
v1 redirects C128 into 64 mode, but this mode allows overclocking, burst mode use, 128 keys and VDC access. Yes, true is that development of xscpu128 not started, I hope anytime starts, but at least for compatibility in xscpu64 is this choice important. Really didn't knew to select category in this ticket, but thank you for at least reading it.

Miro.
