Version information:
VICE Version 2.4.21, rev 30040M
OS compiled for: Linux glibc 2.19
GUI compiled for: SDL
CPU compiled for: AMD64/x86_64
Compiler used: GCC-4.9.2
Current OS: Linux 3.16.0-4-amd64 (glibc 2.19)

In x64(-sc) only the first control port is useable.
Selecting Machine Settings -> Joyport 2 device -> Joystick 2
sets Machine Settings -> Joyport 1 device -> Joystick 2
and vice versa.
it should be fixed with r30071-please test again
The problem still is the same.
Changing one sets the other and control port 2 is not working.
To test I defined a keyset for control port 2 and set "Joyport 2 device -> keyset1" and "Joyport 1 device -> Joystick 1".
The Joystick 1 is working, keyset1 not.
Swapping joystick ports results in keyset1 working on control port 1 and Joystick 1 on control port 2 does nothing.
