My problem is, that in this case the content object is ommitted from the navigation and folder content display completely, if there is no translation for it for the current language. So there seems to be no easy way for the user to even recognize the content and maybe provide a missing translation for it. > - Neutral content can be viewed independently from the language > that is currently set. IOW, you can say it's a fallback. This way of "fallback", i.e. having content created as neutral and adding a translation with addTranslation(), causes two "translations" to be present, a neutral one of the empty language and a real one of the added language. The result are possibly two entries in the navigation and folder listings for the same content, namely the neutral "fallback" one and the real translation for the current language, if it exists. Either way is not quite, what I want. Is there any existing or planned functionallity in LinguaPlone to address my problem? Thank you, David |
