[Plone-i18n] Catalan Translation & great spanish translation

I've translate the PlonePopoll i18n to catalan.
I've review the spanish translation because there were some errors (I
think because the previous translator uses the PlonePopoll_en.po and
the PlonePopoll_plone_en.po and not the PlonePopoll.pot and
PlonePopoll_plone.pot) and forgot labels, texts, etc.
I wish these translations are ok.
