Well, there is still a lot of work to be done on the i18n front for Plone 2.0, so I wouldn't worry about that deadline. 2.0 will probably ship with partial translations, and be fixed in an upcoming 2.0.1 release. > 2. What is preffered encoding: iso (in Croatia we are using iso-8859-2) > or utf (utf-8)? Doesn't really matter, but iso-8859-2 is fine, as long as you specify it. Plone outputs utf-8 in any case. ISO is probably the best, seeing as there are more editors (and CVS) that handle it well. > 3. There will be a new .pot for Plone 2, but you can use this as a base for now. There will be tools to extract the old version into the new. (AFAIK, please correct me if I'm wrong :) -- __________________________________________________________________ Alexander Limi · Interaction Architect · Plone Solutions Development · Training · Support · http://www.plonesolutions.com __________________________________________________________________ Plone Co-Founder · http://plone.org · Connecting Content 高联合 · アレクサンダー リミ · 이미짱 · อเล็กซานเดอร์ ลีมิ |
