[Mantisbt-dev] Mantis: More than just a "bug tracker"

Folks--

Thinking about Ken's earlier comments about Mantis becoming more than a 
"bug tracker" I had the following thought.

	Mantis: Project Detail Tracker

I can't speak for others. But having using Mantis for about three weeks 
now, and seeing the conversations here and on IRC, that seems to be 
what it is used for. I would not call it, nor use it as project/task 
management software.

Eh, it's just verbiage. I throw it out simply to spur additional 
thought. (And get something for the logos, Great job Elni!)
