    Mantis is a very full featured and mature bug tracker. If you are looking for a solution that is an integrated Configuration Management system, take a look at the Trac project.

    Very easy to configure / use. If you know PHP, you can modify the functionality to better suit your needs.

    Use MantisBT if you need extreme customisation, the ability to write your own plugins and the many features Mantis has. There is also an active developer community working on making Mantis better all the time.
