<sigh> in a word, it's not. I now know how the other developers felt last year since my full time job has left me feeling unmotivated to work on mantis at all (why write PHP when I can be writing Smalltalk?). Honestly the biggest thing preventing a release is the state of the documentation, but there are plenty of issues mounting up too. Others may have more concrete suggestions; I've hardly even been able to focus on reading the issues as they come in.
