I'm firing blind here since I haven't looked at the code, but I think if you inline the CSS display element for the form elements you won't get the stacking even if you put multiple forms inside one TD. BTW: Should we adopt a standard resolution? We've designed for flexible widths but a minimum resolution might be a good idea at some point.
