[Mantisbt-help] problem with mantis bug view page.

I am using windows 2000 advanace server os.

When I am requesting the bug view page. The page does not display any colors
or the images that occure in the page.

Only text is being displayed with the white backgound. Even the fonts of the
text are also not proper.

Is there any problem with the style sheet?

Please help me.
