I'm working to compare Mantis and MS Outlook and of course, the choice = is easy ;) But one thing could be problematic: Using Outlook you are = allowed to put attachmaents (e.g. previews mails) directly into the = bug-describing text. Ok, Mantis allowes Hyperlinks, but a file with an = .msg extension (a Outlook file) is still a probem to open, 'cause its = only readable with Outlook.... :-/ |
