Hi,
That helped,
I'm able to login to get the mantis signup.php page but when type in the 
username and email address I'm getting the error
"ERROR: A necessary field was empty. Please recheck your inputs."

I'll appreciate if you can advise me why this error is coming and how can I 
get around it.
