[mantisbt-dev] Merging Pull Requests

I think we need a discussion before merging pull requests,

I thought that we were still having a discussion on 2-3 of them.

One of them breaks introduces a sql syntax not supported in MSSQL.

Surely the point of doing things as pull requests was to have a discussion,
get agreement, test different DB engines and then merge.

As opposed to someone just merging a whole bunch in one go without
adivising anyone else they were going to do so in advance.
