[mantisbt-help] allow managers to add users

Hey all,

 

i am searching the whole day long and i don't find a solution to my problem.

 

I have mantis installed and some projects created. Now i don't want the
project managers to ask me creating users all the time.

 

Is it possible to allow project managers to create users on there own?
