There is no plugin yet; I was merely outlining an idea for a plugin that 
you could implement.  If you want to try making one, there is 
preliminary documentation available at:

There is public plugin hosting available on http://git.mantisforge.org - 
assuming you are willing to create and upload a Git repository for the 
plugin - and you can also find many other plugins there.
