Summary: add  .desktop file for freecol

Initial Comment:
Freecol doesn't supply a freecol.desktop file for use in menus.
Don't know if that file is used on windows / OSX , but on linux it is a standard from freedesktop.org

I've attached the freecol.desktop file used by archlinux for freecol ..
Note : archlinux moves common/packaging/freecol.xpm to /usr/share/pixmaps/xpm on install.
