Summary: different bibdesk preferences for two .bib files 

Initial Comment:
I am using BibDesk (great software!) to manage two different .bib files: my own file and a shared file with my colleagues. I would like to have different preferences associated with each .bib file. In particular, I would like to have different automatic cite key formats and different locations to file the pdfs. Is there any way to do this? If not, it could be very useful for some of us.
