Category: Interface Improvements Group: None Status: Open Priority: 5 Private: No Submitted By: jaregi (jaregi) Assigned to: Michael McCracken (mmcc) Summary: abstract and keywords in preview panes Initial Comment: Dear BibDesk team, Currently the options for the preview panels at the bottom and on the right side are limited to various ways of displaying the entire selected entry (Picture 1). Most is not useful for users (vol, pp, edat, doi, pmid,..). It would be great to have the abstract and keywords as options here. Along with the authors and the title, which are already displayed in the main list, these are the most important pieces. Keywords would fit well into the side pane. Abstract is probably best seen in the bottom panel (see Picture 2). The most flexible system would be to allow the users to choose which fields are displayed. Best regards and thanks for a great piece of software. j ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=497426&aid=2414349&group_id=61487 |
