    Pros: Tawk.to is the best free live chat software that I’ve ever utilized. It allows for unlimited users and unlimited chats.

    Cons: One issue I had was an inability to move the chat bubble from one side of the website window to the other side.

    Overall: Overall I would highly recommend that anyone looking for a high quality, free live chat software consider Tawk.to.

    Pros: I like that tawk.to gives me the ability to communicate effectively with customers directly from the company website.

    Cons: tawk.to however is hard to integrate with website- this is the only thing that I do not like about tawk.to.

    Overall: Overall: it has been a game changer to communicate with customers, which has improved sales across the entire corporation.

    Pros: With tawk.to, it has been easy for me to communicate with clients that visit our company website as we have connected them both.

    Cons: The integration process was overwhelming, though customer support never failed us.

    Overall: I no longer take time to visit the market since tawk.to makes everything easy from live chatting to lead development.

    Pros: They have a free tier that works well. But i wasn't a fan of it with the lack of options available.

    Cons: Very simple tool. Need more customizable visual options.

    Overall: It's good if you need a free tool. But I wouldn't pay for it though but that's me. There's better options.
