About Zoom Digital Signage
Zoom Digital Signage is a display publishing feature for organizations using Zoom Rooms. Administrators can upload or select images, videos, web pages, and other supported content, arrange items into playlists, and assign signage to eligible displays through the Zoom web portal. They can organize content by locations and rooms, configure playback settings, and schedule messages for selected times. Signage can run in dedicated digital-signage-only rooms or on displays associated with Zoom Rooms deployments, enabling workplaces to publish company updates, announcements, directions, and other visual information in shared areas. The feature is included at no additional charge with a Zoom Rooms subscription. Signage-only rooms do not require their own Zoom Rooms license when the account has at least one licensed Zoom Room. It is designed for workplace IT, AV, facilities, and communications teams managing shared screens.
