    Pros: + The customization at the user level is very complete, it is not necessary to have administrative permissions to be able to adapt the workstation of this platform and adapt it according to each department or need that is had at that moment. I found it very impressive that it could be adapted without going through so much process when it came to needing or not needing a major feature or integration for development within Zono CRM. There are certain things that are a bit limiting, but in general everything works very well both at the administrative level and at the user level.

    + It is very easy to be able to generate support tickets for both clients and employees for my company, for me it is important to have resolutions on both sides and that everything is as bilateral as possible to be able to promote my business as best as possible without having problems with my clients or with the employees of my company. With this feature I can have a follow-up on any problem or doubt that arises inside and outside the company, by this I mean with clients and potential clients, thus being able to have a better relationship with each person who requires a service from my company. .

    + It is very easy to be able to integrate multiple Zoho CRM platforms, for me it is very important to have a centralized chat like Slack so as not to have to lose the thread of the conversation of each project or task that is handled within my company, in addition to the contacts of the clients is easy to import and thus have a single way where you can have internal conversations. Likewise, I have been able to integrate it with Airtable for project management without having to pass everything manually from a project and even less when it is in process. With this, it gave me the freedom that my clients were closer to each project by being able to keep clear the goals met in each section of each project involved.

    + The customer service is very complete and friendly, it has given me several solutions to my problems when I needed to integrate certain applications or optimize certain work. I am very grateful that there is a direct contact with this platform and that it provides solutions to empower my company without having obstacles in the way. I hope that you can implement more solutions on your website to make it easier to understand or manage this platform.

    Cons: - The mobile application is a disaster since it is not as integrated as the web version or the desktop version. The iOS app is more stable however it lacks features, but the Android version is the most unstable and incomplete I've ever used, there are features that aren't available and the ones that are sometimes just don't work causing me to switch to the desktop version to be able to carry out a more complete CRM follow-up since I don't like the instability it has in Android. This is not annoying for me but for several workers in my company who have this version as well, so I would like you to optimize the application and add all the Zoho CRM features both on Android and iOS.

    - You have to look around the interface a lot since it is not well designed for me, plus all the functions are scattered everywhere, this causes confusion when locating a specific function. This requires that you have to get used to where each function is located to be able to work within this platform properly without any problem. I would prefer a complete update of the interface since it has been the same face of Zoho CRM for a long time, I feel it is very outdated or archaic and very difficult to get used to, making this a long-term solution since you have to keep in mind that not all are familiar with this platform.

    - Prices should be more flexible with small businesses and the medium market, since it seems that this platform is focused on enterprises due to the cost per user. The cost of having high prices is that small businesses look for better alternatives to Zoho CRM since it is very expensive at the beginning when there is no definitive solution with this platform and more when it is difficult to adapt to the features and tools it offers. It would also be good to include business solutions to be able to use this platform as small courses on how to start any business with Zoho CRM.

    - There is a complication regarding the fields that are added to the clients, by this I mean that there are fields that are added by default and that cannot be deleted, this causes a bit of problems when adding similar but different fields features. They should be more permissible with this theme because despite the fact that this platform is very customizable, it is also limiting in certain aspects that hinder daily work and that makes it not so "customizable".

I love this feature mainly because it is able to capture customers who are interested in closing a deal with us.

    2.- Another of the very important functions within this platform is that it offers me a Contacts management function, this function is very important mainly because it offers me detailed information on each of the clients, it offers me a panel where I can register real-time information about each of the clients, I can connect with them through various channels and establish a much stronger relationship. Easy to reach someone via chat during business hours and after hour requests are followed up on. Screens are well designed and can be tweaked to meet our preferences. Great integration with other Zoho modules. Really nice knowing that we can roll out Zoho across different business functions - and all will be integrated. Overall easy to use and feature rich. Wish that we would have switched to this years ago.

    Cons: Starting up can be a little overwhelming - as Zoho covers so much. Some of the modules (such as Meetings) are not as strong and 3rd party best of breed products - so there is a trade off for a fully integrated system such as Zoho.
