Pros: VSLogger is extremely easy to use, and any small issues we've had were easily taken care of by customer support. The product works as advertised and we've hardly had any complaints about it.
Cons: None to speak of so far. Hopefully this continues.
Overall: The product does what it's supposed to do. Our experience with VSLogger and Versadial has been great so far. Nothing to complain about. Would recommend to others looking for a solid call recording system.
