    Pros: - It is easy to install and set up.
    - All the feedback gets shown on the main dashboard.
    - The learning curve of the tool is quite low.
    - The load time is really low.

    Cons: Userback provides what it claims, there can be some improvement in the UI, but other than that everything is good.

    Cons: It's a bit of learning curve. You have to put some code into the site but it works.

    Pros: -- Ease of Use
    -- Customizable
    -- Integrations
    -- Can be white labeled
    -- Ability to attach screen events and logs
    -- Automatic screenshot inclusion

    Cons: -- Would be great to have chat functionality. The button can be moved to a different part of the page, but we don't want to clutter the page with too many buttons, so we had to choose between Userback and a chatbot/Intercom/Drift. We use the feedback function but it's not interactive so it's not quite the same.

    Overall: My startup uses Userback to collect feedback and bug reports from customers inside our web app. It's very easy to set up and use, and I love the Jira integration, which makes it easy to process and prioritize the feedback we receive. I haven't used the Design Review features yet but I plan to do so during our next big design iteration.

    Pros: It's super easy to use for clients and our internal team. We use it to demo web designs as well as creatives for our clients.

    Cons: There aren't currently any cons that I can think of. Userback is indispensable for us to manage client projects.

    Cons: We don't have any real concerns with how the tool works.

    Pros: They keep adding new features, allow me to customise the layout. I am a huge fan in general of their work.

    Cons: The still frame presentation could be more like Invision before we replace that, but they are close

    "Userback makes getting feedback user friendly"

    Pros: Userback makes getting feedback on a project easy and fluid. Being able to upload or link a project and send it off to a client for feedback has been an improvement on my workflow. It has improved the back and forth between me and a client, it makes communicating about what needs to be changed next easier and more precise vs using email and PDFs to go back and forth.

    Cons: The UX when leaving a comment has made many people write a comment and not properly save it. Writing the comment is easy but saving it until you realize you have to hit the save button isn’t intuitive.

    Overall: Overall I have been really impressed with Userback, it has improved my workflow when receiving reviews from a client. I have used it for web design and graphic design projects and it has made it easier to work remotely, which the last year (2020) has been a real godsend.

    Pros: This product is a god send and one that i use in my business for myself and my team. It helps collaborate on designs that we are working on and helps the approval flow with our clients.

    Cons: I did think as early adopters we should have been upgraded to the video level as part of our plan but that was not to be and so other tools that are comparable offer this as standard.

    Overall: As a design collab tool, it is one of the best out there and very rarely has bugs. The support is a strong component of the platform and it should be a must-have tool for any creative business.

    Pros: Userback has the fastest response times in comparison with other similar tools. The user interface is clean and polished, yet simple to use and should not present many difficulties for someone who may be using this for the first time. Support is also quick to respond if you have a question.

    Cons: I really have no complaints! If anything, I wish there were more plan options for the Video add-on as it's not something I would use often enough to warrant the additional monthly fee.

    Overall: I've used this with many computer illiterate people and they were able to understand how to use it immediately with little help from me. The onboarding process is easy for my clients to understand, and overall, I'm thoroughly impressed with Userback.

    Pros: Userback is a perfect tool to get feedback on your websites design and general use. I use it mostly for collaborating with my clients on website projects for which it is brilliant and easy to use.

    Cons: Bit hard to setup that only your clients see the feedback button on the website and not all the sites visitors.

    Overall: I like the way this software has been made and renewed with new features over time regularly. The support is accurate and helpful but not needed mostly since the software is easy to use.

    I would love to see wire framing predesigns worked on more and/or integration with Tools like Figma.

    Pros: Easy to implement and clients to use to send you feedback on a remote basis. Love how professional it makes us as well.

    Cons: Not much I can say that i dislike about Userback as it's pretty amazing already.

    Overall: I recommend this for anyone and everyone especially for small size teams. Helps streamline and easily keep track.
