Ur Timesheet is shift scheduling and timesheet software for staffing agencies and other businesses that manage hourly crews. Employers build deployments, assign workers, publish open shifts and fill call-outs; job sites include maps, directions and geofenced clock-in. Workers view and accept shifts, swap shifts, clock in at work sites, and build a verified work history. Completed shift records become timesheets and pay records, which managers can export to Excel or PDF. A client portal lets customers request staff and track positions as they are filled. The web, iPhone and Android product supports event staffing, security, construction, hospitality, cleaning, restaurants, warehouses and logistics. Pro includes Chief of Staff, an AI assistant that reads the schedule, roster and rules, drafts staffing changes with costs, and waits for manager approval before booking.
