Employees clock in from the iOS or Android app, a shared tablet kiosk with a PIN or QR badge, or the web. Every punch carries a GPS stamp, and geofencing can block clock-ins outside the work site. Punches sync when the phone is offline. Managers build recurring schedules, post open shifts, approve swaps, collect shift confirmations, and see availability and time off in one view. A timesheet approval flow and an exception inbox flag missed punches, late arrivals, and long breaks before payroll. Hours export as payroll-ready CSV files, with formats for RUN Powered by ADP, Gusto, and QuickBooks. Pro adds multiple locations with a geofence per site, device and IP locks, photo proof, and a compliance pack with daily overtime and seventh-day rules.
