Pros: The ease of using their system, form the up front training to questions/help on line. As a smaller publisher, I like the fact that they notify me when orders have been placed.

Cons: None at this time. Sometimes when asking questions I have to dive in deep to find my answers.

Overall: My overall experience has been very positive. I have only had a few issues but my concerns and issues were resolved promptly.

Pros: The interface is very easy to use. Even the "technology challenged" will not have an issue using it.

Cons: We don't have any. Everything always works as it should.

Overall: The True Commerce EDI solution has been a godsend to us in comparison to the tool we previously used for EDI. So easy to use and reliable. Excellent support and reasonably priced.

Pros: I love the fact that I can invoice my clients directly through Foundry, and payment is received within a couple of days. I do not have to deal with paperwork or the postal system. Anytime I have a question it is promptly answered and I am made to feel that I am their most important client at that time. Problems are fixed promptly and accurately the first time. The staff is always friendly and professional.

Cons: I don't have anything negative to say, I like all aspects of the company.

Overall: Overall, TrueCommerce is a great company. They are professional and easy to work with. I love all the software they offer and their training programs.

Pros: TrueCommerce is easy to use, easy to learn and the support is great. You can submit a question online or call for immediate assistance. I have been using this platform for years. The more experience I have, the more I get to know it; plus the agents let you know what they are doing so a lot of the time you can fix things on your end with updates to accounting platforms and integration etc.

Cons: I still would like to see the ship date in an inbox column. Would be way easier instead of printing every PO.

Overall: Great! They have always been supportive and so knowledgeable when running up against a new problem. System is very easy to use.

Pros: Very user friendly.
I am not great with computers but even I can manage this.
Everything is at your fingertips. You don't have to go searching for everything.

Cons: Nothing comes to mind as being a problem. I like all the stuff.

Overall: I use this program at least twice a week and its always working, never had any down time or had to wait for things to catch up.

Pros: EDI TrueCommerce assists in facilitating orders through integration and processing. the application is smooth, easy to navigate and customize.

Cons: Customer Service can be a little taxing, as the phone queue is long, and online submitted tickets don't get addressed as timely as they could be.

Overall: A great platform to expedite orders, work with 3rd party vendors, and ensure accuracy of items quantities along with pricing.

Pros: Ease of use and accurate. We use TrueCommerce to transmit out data approximately 3 times a week. Never have we had issues with any of the modules we use. From the first time we used True Commerce in 2017 to now we have been totally pleased.

Cons: There is nothing that we do not like with TrueCommerce. We are totally pleased,

Overall: Overall, from the first setup with your consultants to our continued use and changes required from our trading partner everything has gone smoothly.

Pros: I've been working with TrueCommerce for approx. 13 years, and their customer service is top notch! I've never had an issue getting a response to a help ticket, and their team is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure I understand how to utilize every feature.

Cons: I don't have any cons about TrueCommerce. I've never had any issues or complaints.

Overall: The team is helpful, knowledgeable, prompt, and willing to take the time to explain and troubleshoot issues or questions I might have.
