Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I was switching from Stitch Labs and found they were most similar. They offer inventory management across several platforms, plus Quickbooks integration. The initial sales call was promising and I liked the pricing they were able to offer. System is very user friendly, it has great feature of stock location, pick n pack. Accounting works seamlessly. Manage stock without excel, packing slip is really helpful. Facts that you do have to do any manual calculations. Cons There are no easily visible or searchable checks and balances to know if the system is working properly. For a company that claims to have been in business for a while, I continue to find tech issues during the onboarding process that no one seems to have found before. For example, my Etsy store wasn't talking to Cin7 to tell it to close an order automatically. No one even knew. Reporting is little bit confusing, but once you've grown familiar with it, it works fine. Reconciled payments on xero do not appear on invoice straight away.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The ease of using their system, form the up front training to questions/help on line. As a smaller publisher, I like the fact that they notify me when orders have been placed. The interface is very easy to use. Even the "technology challenged" will not have an issue using it. I love the fact that I can invoice my clients directly through Foundry, and payment is received within a couple of days. I do not have to deal with paperwork or the postal system. Anytime I have a question it is promptly answered and I am made to feel that I am their most important client at that time. Problems are fixed promptly and accurately the first time. The staff is always friendly and professional. TrueCommerce is easy to use, easy to learn and the support is great. You can submit a question online or call for immediate assistance. I have been using this platform for years. The more experience I have, the more I get to know it; plus the agents let you know what they are doing so a lot of the time you can fix things on your end with updates to accounting platforms and integration etc. Very user friendly. I am not great with computers but even I can manage this. Everything is at your fingertips. You don't have to go searching for everything. Cons None at this time. Sometimes when asking questions I have to dive in deep to find my answers. We don't have any. Everything always works as it should. I don't have anything negative to say, I like all aspects of the company. I still would like to see the ship date in an inbox column. Would be way easier instead of printing every PO. Nothing comes to mind as being a problem. I like all the stuff.
