Overall: Time Out Zone is the only affordable leave management system we found that gets multi-country setups right. Each location has its own holiday set and its own accrual rules under one policy inheritance structure, so we are not rebuilding entitlements office by office. Importing holiday sets per location removed almost all of the manual work from our setup, and for our EU and Balkan teams that alone justified the switch.
