About Tech Guarding Hub
Tech Guarding Hub + TechGuard helps UK security companies move from guard onboarding to evidenced field operations without stitching together generic forms, spreadsheets and separate patrol tools. Hub provides structured guard onboarding, secure document collection, BS 7858 screening workflows, review controls, workforce records and an auditable decision trail. Organisations can complete their own reviews or purchase a managed review. When a guard needs operational access, the organisation assigns a TechGuard seat for shifts, clock-in/out records, patrol checkpoints, incident reports, photo and video proof, timesheets, offline working, and panic and welfare workflows. Managers and authorised ARC users can review submitted operational activity. Hub membership and TechGuard seats are separate, so organisations enable field-app access only for the people who need it.
