Office tools support shift scheduling, site and employee records, geofence-verified timekeeping, payroll calculations, incident reports and client invoicing. Guards use the mobile app to clock in, submit reports with photos, receive dispatch assignments and scan QR or NFC checkpoints during patrols. SOS alerts with live audio and location, guard-down monitoring and notifications for missed checkpoints or app inactivity help offices respond to incidents. Higher-tier plans add dispatch, a searchable subject database, HR workflows, e-signatures, vehicle inspections and client portals. Other tools include messaging, site instructions, leave requests, shift swaps and mobile patrols.
