PublicPatrol is a web-based patrol management and communication platform designed for community patrol groups, security teams, and volunteer organisations. It enables real-time GPS tracking through both checkpoint-based routes and flexible patrols that can start from a guard’s current location and end at any time.
The platform includes an SOS alert system that instantly shares live location and resolves it into a readable address for quick response. Built-in messaging and push-to-talk “walkie-talkie” features keep all team communication in one place.
Patrol members can log incidents with timestamps and location data, while administrators access organised reports and one-click daily summaries for oversight or submission. A dedicated admin dashboard allows management of teams, checkpoints, and patrol history, with proper access control.
PublicPatrol uses a simple but secure login system suitable for field use and allowing each organisation to operate in an isolated environment.
