About TOKENN
TOKENN is cloud-based queue management and appointment booking software for clinics and outpatient departments. Patients scan a clinic QR code or message its WhatsApp number to receive a token, estimated wait and updates as their turn approaches. Staff manage bookings and walk-ins from a dashboard, issue reception tokens, and run separate queues or fixed-time appointments by doctor or department. A waiting-room display shows current and upcoming tokens and announces calls aloud on a TV or tablet. The WhatsApp assistant handles booking, status checks, cancellations and reminders in English and 18 Indian languages, while directing medical questions to clinic staff. Designed for doctors, clinics, diagnostic labs and hospital outpatient departments, TOKENN provides digital queues alongside existing records or billing systems. It is a web service; patients do not need a separate TOKENN app.
