About MLGCare
MLGCare is cloud-based hospital and clinic management software for hospitals, clinics and outpatient departments (OPDs). It combines patient registration and records, appointment scheduling, check-in, an OPD token queue with waiting-room display, clinical notes, ICD-10 diagnoses, prescriptions and visit billing. Staff can manage invoices, card payments, receipts and refunds, and communicate through a shared WhatsApp, SMS and email inbox. Other tools include reports, multi-branch management and role-based access. Its AI assistant answers questions using patient records and linked medical sources, can review uploaded reports, supports English and Hindi dictation, and drafts visit notes for clinician review. MLGCare is designed for single-doctor practices through multi-branch hospitals, with a focus on Indian healthcare workflows. A sample-data sandbox is offered for evaluation.
