Pros: 1. I liked the updated content the Surefire Top of Mind. New developments and materials have been rolling out about every month as far as content goes.
2. Surefire allows for some integration with other platforms for automation
3. Mostly ready out of the box just need some honing to match your company's processesCons: 1. There is a learning curve. For me it seem a bit longer as the onboarding person did not cover the structure of the platform well. It becomes easy once you figure this out
2. Support responses can be slow at times and no phone number to reach someone.
3. Surefire is not big on reports.Overall: Reasons for the 4 stars is due to support. I feel Surefire needs to step up their game in this area. Other than that no complaints. This is a Marketing platform and the job gets done well compared to similar platforms. It includes a decent CRM and client nurture workflows. Amazing transactional videos and closing gift options. Love It!

Pros: Flexible platform equipped with features to generate excitement for all levels of use and approaches to technology-enabled marketing. The turnkey creative content, especially for timely news, helps eliminate delays in getting relevant content out to contacts. Customer support is the best I've come across and you're always guaranteed some form of a response to your inquiries on the same day you've submitted a ticket.
Cons: Learning the system can be a little overwhelming at first, especially on an individual, loan officer level. Recommend having a team of admins who will be subject matter experts on the system and can troubleshoot as needed.
Overall: One of the best partnerships we have! Our 97% LO adoption rate of the system is a testament to Top of Mind's team they have in place as well as the continuous features and improvements made to Surefire.

Pros: Ease of automation so the LO can focus on their primary role. Plenty of features to accommodate the majority of users. Fantastic support from Top of Mind. Great content to use or modify to company preferences. Features are constantly improved on while other features are released to keep the CRM current with user and company needs.
Cons: In some areas, the CRM could be more intuitive but Top of Mind continues to improve so this has addressed in most areas.
Overall: For my company I've been overall very happy with the current state of the CRM. Given the way I interact at the admin level and how our company users operate the CRM I would recommend this CRM as it offers plenty of technology for the vast majority of our users. For our more tech savvy users there are features that meet their needs as well. I'm very impressed with the support i receive as well as the companies use of feedback to improve their CRM.
