Pros: Customers enjoy immediate access to our staff if they have an issue with a service or product or any other question. Staff manage multiple chat conversations at once saving time required to handle several customers.
Cons: We always train our support staff to use the right tone in order to make customers feel they are receiving personalized attention.
Overall: It is the least expensive for our business and it has greatly increased customer satisfaction by keeping in-touch at all times and being accessible. Slaask has done a lot for our company's image.

Pros: It is a very great platform when it comes to communication since every employee can join a conversation in a secure way.
Also it is very easy to set up based on topics and schedules.Cons: The only dislike i have towards it, is that it does not have the search button which sometimes becomes hectic when in need of searching something, therefore it should improve on that.
Overall: It does not require too much training since it is very easy to use and one can easily get in touch with it fast.

Cons: It was overwhelming to integrate Slaask with Slack, but thanks to the Vendor support team they helped us eradicate the issue.
Overall: Lead development, live chatting and direct messaging has all been working perfectly well ever since the day i implemented Slaask.

Overall: Slaask is an intuitive customer communication platform. We use this platform to give better service to customers using its Slack app integration. It makes our outbound communication effortless. Auto bot reply are great.
