    Pros: Sitejabber is an online portal to find authentic reviews online business and services offered by different brand. I have been using Sitejabber to find different customer reviews and authenticity of the brand. It provide frequent scam alerts going on related to different brands so that you can save yourself from falling prey.

    Cons: It is a great portal with a very good inventory of reviews across the services and businesses.

    Overall: Sitejabber offers review from authentic customers across a wide variety e of product and services. It helps creating a good brand image through the reviews of the customers. Users can easily create an account and can review any businesses and services. The review part is further categorised into multiple subdivisions which further to analyse quality and authenticity of different brands.

    Pros: Sitejabber is intuitive and powerful to gain and showcase user experiences. It indirectly helps businesses to generate more leads. It can also extract feedback from social media platforms.

    Cons: It worked great for me. Nothing to share about cons.

    Overall: Sitejabber is a very handy client review tool to collect feedback and add it in to showcase. I highly recommend this tool. It makes the user add their experiences with business services.
