SendOps is a full email marketing and operations platform built on top of your own Amazon SES account.

It ships what SES doesn't: contact management, dynamic audience segments (written in SendQL), broadcast campaigns, drip workflows and lifecycle automations, React Email templates compiled to SES-native formats, deliverability analytics, message search, and bounce, complaint, and quota alerting — all accessible to your marketing team without touching AWS.

Setup is via CloudFormation. No AWS keys are stored, no relay sits in front of your existing sending path, and your sending reputation stays entirely in your account.

Pricing is flat. No per-contact tax, no email volume tiers — delivery bills at SES rates.

    "Best of both worlds"

    Pros: Easy and secure setup (Cloud Formation stacks + STS setup) which means we don't have to expose any API keys. Really good dashboard + metrics and reputation alerts.

    Cons: You still need to setup your SES account directly with AWS.

    Overall: This was a great find when we wanted to use SES (because of deliverability and HA) but were worried about reputation management and potential issues with AWS team.
