    "Good tool for business"

    Pros: Ok, thanks for the opportunity, be honest, these are my feedback after useing, please check below.
    first pro: 80% successful rate to find right email.
    second pro: most of time input first name and family name with company website, i can find right email.

    Cons: First con: if a person has many job positions at different companies, you only can obtain the first company information and existing person emails.
    Second con: it can't link with more social channels, like Twitter or Instagram and can't grab email in pictures and PDF files, also many information shows in Google but can't be found here.
    Third con: RocketReach can find the right email but usually GetEmail can't.
    Fourth con: the cost is high for monthly, and can't get free credits most of times.
    That's all the cons I found, i have been using this tool for more than one and a half years, anyway, thank you very much, hope your team can improve and do better.

    Overall: This tool is very helpful for business, especially for sales to find right person's email to improve sales performance.

    "Works really well for us"

    Pros: Emails actually get delivered unlike some other email marketing services and transactional email services we were using prior to SendGrid.

    Cons: No cons for our use cases. Does everything we need it to do.

    Overall: SendGrid has been beneficial for us getting our emails actually delivered to users and customers. Interface is also good and the suite is easy to use. Highly recommend.

    "Horrible service"

    Pros: Almost nothing. The system is too barebones, can't put emojis in emails, very little actual customization, other platforms are much better.

    Cons: First of all the service didn't work. The campaigns wouldn't be sent at all and I had to call customer support. EVERY TIME. And it would take time, hours DAYS, every time.

    So we lost a lot in proper campaign timing, leads would get cold. We lost ROI there.

    Overall: Horrible experience. Customer was slow, didn't help at all. And the worst is that they keep charging us money for a system we DON'T USE. We keep cancelling each month, and THEY REFUSE. And they have our credit card so they keep charging. We keep asking to cancel and they say to follow their guide we keep doing. And apparently on their end THEY CAN'T DO ANYTHING.

    Avoid AT ALL COSTS.

    "Works okay, but the shared IP was lacking"

    Pros: I did like that the software was easy to use. It had a very user-friendly interface and made things easy to navigate through. Uploading contacts was a streamlined process.

    Cons: I didn't like that their shared IP still got bad ratings. I used a few of their competitors before this, and was getting much better open rates using the same emails on the other platforms.

    Overall: I didn't have a bad experience on Sendgrid, but I didn't have a great one either. In my opinion, there are better options out there, but this one isn't bad.

    "Bypass the Junk Inbox with Sendgrid"

    Pros: Sendgrid allows our company to send updates to a vast array of consumers through email. The credentials built through Sendgrid software allow our emails to not end up in the Junk Folder.

    Cons: I needed a lot of help setting up my account. It would be helpful to have a more user-friendly set up.

    Overall: Overall, Sendgrid is effective for sending out a large number of emails at once. It's a great software option to not end up in the Junk Folder of your customers!

    "Sendgrid allows us secure contact with our customers."

    Pros: With this programme we have been able to streamline our management of customer acquisition, participation and permanent contact with our customers, as it provides us with automated e-mail programming tools where we can pre-establish text to establish support and promotions with them and optimise our marketing and customer service management.

    Cons: What we dislike the most about the application is that it does not have functions to block emails that we consider Spam and therefore our inbox is full of them. At the same time, we have received multiple problems receiving emails with our clients because the emails that we automate are classified as Spam by the other email services.

    Overall: We highly recommend this application as a tool that serves as an alternative to traditional email programmes, as it increases the efficiency when establishing contact with customers. However, it should improve the handling and supervision of messages so that they do not get lost in unwanted mailboxes.

    Pros: This program provides an effective e-mail delivery facility with a remarkable ease of use. It offers us e-mail delivery management tools by creating a list of the most suitable contacts to receive them. At the same time, it has the option of e-mails that guarantee an optimization.

    Cons: In spite of its multiple functionalities, Sendgrid does not have a spam blocking tool, which generally means that timely emails sent to our clients are automatically moved to the unwanted files. Likewise, it does not block real mails that are categorized as spam.

    Overall: Although this application has failures in terms of management function in the unwanted files or that of filler, it is a very practical alternative to replace traditional emails to emphasize a correct information management and a more effective communication with customers and collaborators.

    "Sendgrid and its combination with Wordpress show excellent results"

    Pros: The best thing about Sendgrid is that the channels are very easy to configure, to the point that several channels can be added so that sending can be carried out with different methods. In addition to this, it is possible to work with many templates, and most of them do not require any kind of customization, as they are correctly adapted to each of our eventual needs. Among the services for marketing automation, Sendgrid is certainly one of the most varied that can be found. Creating an email does not necessarily have to be carried out from scratch, because with all the templates that Sendgrid has, it is enough to get a good base to work on. We recommend Sendgrid for the execution of drip campaigns to be executed in different time periods, as they are easy to customize.

    Cons: In terms of integrations, Sendgrid shows a not so high level of configuration, especially when it comes to integrating the platform to Wordpress as if it were a plug-in, so that we can not notify our audience about the content on our blog with due frequency or ease through its tools for sending mass messages.

    Overall: Sendgrid is excellent for being able to create dynamic evaluations that show all the results in each of the campaigns we run, and it is possible to combine them to compare current campaigns with information from past campaigns. Sendgrid's anti-filtering system is also very promising, making it unnecessary to resort to external verification services to know if the information in our emails is being received properly.
