Pros: It worked ok documenting online apps. It was easy enough to set up and buy it. It collaborates with my assistant.
Cons: It hung up and worked terribly trying to get screenshots of desktop apps. After I clicked to cancel the service, they still billed my credit card a year later and they are now making it difficult to resolve this and refund my credit card. It is VERY HARD to cancel this service.
Overall: Horrible. Bad product and worse customer service. I am sorry I ever signed up and I don't recommend it to anyone.
