SODA PDF

Pros: Interface very user friendly, easy installation and use. Very fast in getting the results after upload.

Cons: I tried it on several documents and the results were not satisfactory. I cancelled my account.

Overall: My experience was not satisfactory as I indicated above. The interface is easy to use, but the results are not good. I tried several documents and there were a lot of errors. So I decided not to use it anymore and cancel my subscription. They need to use more and better AI to improve their product.

Pros: I much prefer Soda for its ease of use and great features. Customer support has been pretty good so far.

Cons: Sadly there is one missing feature that is crucial to me that I can only get on ABBYY PDF software or I would only use Soda since I find ABBYY not easy to use. But I require an OCR reader that will read Hebrew and allow me to copy Hebrew into other documents without turning it to something strange. If you ever got this fixed, I would definitely be a totally loyal fan.

Pros: I have nothing to say but it has been a horrible experience dealing with this company. I regret ever using, if any, this software.

Cons: Repeated issues with the software, poor customer support (none almost). Constantly re-installing the software, not working.

I was charged more than advertised price, paid for a whole year and was not able to use it. Very unhappy.

Pros: The representative I dealt with was professional and most respectful. I very much appreciate her attitude and help in settling my billing questions.

Cons: After everything is settled I believe it was a simple matter of misunderstanding.

Overall: I wish more companies would respond to disputes like this. Also the agent I dealt with was exemplary in every way.

Pros: I had an unfortunate time with your Soda standard pro 365 offer.

Cons: I thought i was being offered the use of, for £ 29.95 a year, the standard Soda. When i saw my bill it was £100 =
all the extras mentioned which I did not ask for were added.
The good news that I got a complete refund but still think it is pressure and selling and the way to cancel these options are not clearly stated.

Overall: Poor advertising techniques a terribly distressing experience would not recommend and am still contemplating taking the matter further. I think the sales technique is very intrusive on our machines and interrupting my with adverts is not very helpful.

Pros: Nice and straight forward product.
Besides the features that are included in Soda, is the excellent online service.

Cons: Due to unexplained reasons part of the features in the program disappeared. However, it was met with very good online help which assisted me to uninstall and re-install the program, and the problem was solved.

Overall: I have been using Soda over 4 years and find it good and practical to deal with what I require. The online help is excellent.

Pros: Molly, the support assistant, got the issue elevated and repaired in short order (a couple of hours).

Cons: It shouldn't break. Why should it break? It shouldn't break.

Overall: Overall the experience was positive. Response was quick and good.

Pros: Everything about this software package is very good; however, purchase the software and you will have to purchase add ons for things like adjusting page size.

Cons: Very poor customer service. If I was not thrilled with the software, I would not purchase it due to poor customer service.

Overall: Good software. It does what I want it to do. Do not use auto renew. You need to decide for yourself if you want to continue with a new software subscription.

Pros: Excellent product with great support. Very happy with this program which I have used for several years now.

Cons: No issues at this time. The program has always worked well for me.

Overall: Believe this is one for the money. Have referred this product to many friends and family. Truly happy with the company, service and pricing.

Pros: I liked the ease with which I could edit and manipulate existing PDF files. I also liked the support I received from the tech staff and the Chat personnel. The chat I had produced everything I was looking for and more relate information.

Cons: You are forcing me to expand on a subject that I only have zero comments. I do not have any negative comments about the program or the support.

Overall: So far my experience with Soda PDF has been excellent. My interaction with technical and sales support has been very good.

Pros: Molly was able to get me set back up so I could use my owned software within 30 minutes. Appreciate Molly's quick resolution of my issue.

Cons: Previous Tuesday when I was knocked off chat 4 times.

Overall: Was very frustrated Tuesday, but Molly redeemed my opinion and relieved my frustrations. I was working so had to try to work while trying to get this fixed. Was kicked off chat four times and then when I tried to get on chat after I was done working on Tuesday, chat was down. So glad I got Molly today because she was able to get the software working as it has since I bought it in 2018.

Pros: It is so nice not being stuck with Adobe's PDF very expensive editor. I think SodaPDF is more capable than Adobe's PDF Editor too. I really like the arrow option and I do not remember Adobe having an arrow option like SodaPDF.

I have had to contact customer support a couple of times and they have been very responsive, polite and professional.

Cons: No cons so far.

Overall: Excellent!

Pros: The company was determined to refund the money I overpaid. The price dropped and I was glad that the company was willing to make the adjustments. I will be glad to share my experience to everyone.

Cons: There weren't any Cons for me. I was very pleased with my experience.

Overall: I didn't have to speak to a lot of people. Customer service was able to transfer me to billing department to resolve the issue quickly. The refund came in a few days.

Pros: Quick navigation between the libraries of the PC in the course of the filling of the files.
Express converting from another format.

Cons: EML converting format unsupported.
It is necessary to think a lot of what I shall use it as, the symbols help only little.

Overall: Studying the software was not enough of my time yet, but my first impression, that it is necessary to practise my usage much.

Pros: I am so glad I use this product. The support staff are great. On the ball and helpful. Will continue to use this product.

Cons: None really. I am happy with this product. It does take some time to learn some of the extras that this does have to offer.

Overall: Soda PDF is an excellent program. It is easy to use and I am particularly pleased with the customer support that I have received. It is a program that people who do conversions to and from PDF should have on their computers.

+ Many more tools than Acrobat Pro
+ Fully compatible to Acrobat Pro (both ways)

Cons: - User interface is unusual
- Requires some time to find ones way through the tools

Overall: Great for comparing and proofreading documents. Needs some time to get used to, but the highly efficient work flow.

Pros: To be truthful, I was looking for a low cost solution to editing pdf, and nothing more. It has way too many features than I desired . If you need to edit pdf on dwgs and nothing more, this is the product for you.

Cons: I was having issues with saving documents after I edited. I would get critical error messages, and don't know why. I submitted the pdf files to support, on a few occasions, and did receive feedback. I normally have 4-6 projects a year where I need to create PDFs and I managed to get my work done with this editor.

Overall: Overall, I am rating the software 7.5 out of 10, for a beginner like myself. i was satisfied with the cost, I probably didn't need the pro, and should have purchased the next package down.

Pros: Very good product which I've been using 10+ years. Very interactive, easy to use and a lot of good features.

Cons: Nothing to complain about except excessive cost upon renewal of product compared to similar products.

Overall: Good product would recommend but please revise cost since I believe this is a good product but way too expensive at regular price.
