    Pros: Easy communication methods, tenants love the portal, and it makes document management, maintenance, and alerts WAY WAY easier

    Cons: Would be great to have some accounting software and looking forward to when they add the rent verification feature that checks with my bank that I got paid (I know it's coming - fingers crossed)

    Overall: Great! I found it on Reddit from another person on the landlord subreddit and have been really enjoying it!
