Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros DwellTrack makes managing rental properties much easier and keeps everything organized in one place. I especially like the automatic e-Transfer rent tracking, expense management, tenant records, and lease management. The interface is clean and easy to use, and it feels designed specifically around the needs of Canadian landlords. DwellTrack has been a great solution and has made things much easier and more efficient. I really like how intuitive and straightforward the platform is to use, while still offering the features I need. The overall experience has been smooth, reliable, and professional. It has everything a landlord needs to manage his property at ease. the amount of features is impressive, what is more impressive is that they come for free Cons DwellTrack was a little bit confusing at first, but I observed them actively publishing new versions so often. I am amazed of how mature it feels now compared to 3 months ago There are a few areas where additional features or small improvements could make an already good product even better, but overall I’ve been very happy with DwellTrack. So for so good. I had a hard time setting the email forwarding rule, but my son helped me with that, I guess it is something out of their hand!	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Easy communication methods, tenants love the portal, and it makes document management, maintenance, and alerts WAY WAY easier Cons Would be great to have some accounting software and looking forward to when they add the rent verification feature that checks with my bank that I got paid (I know it's coming - fingers crossed)
