Schedule My Rent
Software services to market vacancies, receive online rental applications, screen tenants with credit and background checks, collect rent, manage maintenance requests, and track expenses.
Ways tenants can pay rent:
- with cash at any MoneyGram location (Walmart, CVS, etc.)
- with their bank account
- with credit or debit cards
Rent can be collected monthly, twice per month, or weekly.
Landlords can receive rent the same day that rent is withdrawn from a tenant's bank account with the QuickPay option.
Late fees are automatically added to a tenant's account and you can stack any combination of late fees and daily late fees to match your lease terms.
Easily review your rent status:
- Multi-unit view shows how much rent has been collected and how much rent is due across all your properties or for specific businesses or units.
